How we handle your contact information

When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. When you visit our website we also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

We use this information to process, ship and communicate about your orders; to help with questions, returns and exchanges; to send order updates and, if you have opted in, newsletters and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time); and to improve our website.

We do not sell, rent or trade your contact information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, such as payment processors (for example Shopify Payments and PayPal), shipping carriers (for example USPS, UPS and FedEx) and our email marketing platform (Klaviyo). They may use it only to provide those services to us.

Your information is sent over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections, and access is limited to authorized staff.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing messages, by emailing wickedscentshoboken@gmail.com. Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences and improve your experience; you can manage cookies in your browser settings.
