Description

Some scents quiet a room. Smudge Off does it within seconds — a calming, grounding fragrance built around Palo Santo and sage that turns any space into somewhere you can finally exhale.

The Scent
Bright orange and chinotto open it up. The heart is where it lives: Palo Santo, clove, cypress, and sage layered for ritual and stillness. A base of cedarwood and black wood keeps it grounded.

The Candle
Hand-poured in small batches with FSC-certified wooden wicks that crackle gently as they burn. 13oz of clean-burning soy wax — gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free. 50+ hours of burn time.

The Brand
LIT LÁB CO. is a female-owned candle studio handcrafted in Edgewater, NJ — right across the river. Every purchase supports Trees.org for tree conservation and community work.

Perfect for: meditation, yoga rooms, evening wind-downs, anyone replacing actual smudging with something cleaner.

Candle care
  • On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge (about 1 hour per inch of width) so it doesn’t tunnel.
  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every burn for a clean, even flame.
  • Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time, away from drafts.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended, and stop when ½ inch of wax remains.
